Steve Wohlrab - Jazz Guitarist

Stephen Wohlrab is a solo guitar virtuoso who values artistry, pleasant listenability, and a respect for America's greatest art form, jazz. Stephen is available for performances and clinics throughout the United States.

In his "day" job, Steve is Professor of Jazz Guitar Studies at Western Carolina University where he directs a jazz guitar program, and teaches classes in commercial music and music technology. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and also has a Master of Music degree from the University of Miami.

Stephen has over 30 years experience as a professional guitarist and has performed with such nationally known artists as Sister Sledge, The Temptations, and Carol Channing.

Stephen Wohlrab is also a well-known author of instructional guitar books and videos, published by Mel Bay Publications.
