For= med in 1985 as a four piece band, = = The Fabulous Shades  is now a 9 piece band and has= been performing and entertaining audiences in a wide variety of venues and eve= nts including Festivals, Wedding Receptions, Private Parties, Country Clubs, Hotels as = well as public and private clubs. The band has performed with such artists as Three Dog Night, Dixana, and most recently The Coasters.

The= band is known as a “Beach & Oldies” band but plays a wide vari= ety of music styles to satisfy any occasion. A song list and a copy of our first= CD have been included for your convenience.

The= group consists of: Terry Robinson as Lead Vocalist, Dana Jones on Bass Guitar a= nd vocals, Ricky Campbell on Rh= ythm/Lead Guitar and vocals, Dan Kidd on Drums, Mike McMurry on Percussion, Dee Reynolds on Keyboards, along with a horn accompaniment of Saxophone, and = two Trumpets. Roger Brown is the groups Sound Engineer. Roger was previously associated with such bands as The Doobie Brothers, The Beach Boys, and The Eagles to name a few. The Fabulous Shades are very fortunate and pleased to have Ro= ger as our Sound Engineer..

The= band is currently recording their second CD which will debut their new song, I= Wanna be at the Beach, along with some of your favorite classic beach hits. The= CD is due to be released this summer.
